A spring AC tune-up and a fall furnace tune-up every year, priority scheduling ahead of non-members, 15% off any repair, no overtime or emergency-call fees, and a discount for each additional system on the plan.
Why it matters
Most of the "surprise" breakdowns we get called out for trace back to a system that never got a second look after installation. A twice-yearly check catches the small stuff — a failing capacitor, a clogged filter, a refrigerant leak — before it becomes a no-heat call in January.
